Obtained by mixing a certain amount of natural olive oils that can be
consumed naturally and refined olive oil, Riviera type has a color changing
green to yellow, a unique taste and odor. In acordance with the international
standards, its free acids rate is %1 oleic acid at most.
As it is light and odorless, it is used in hot meals and fried foods. If
you aren' t used to vivid and sharp odor of extra virgin olive oil, you can
prefer this type of olive oil in cold foods.
The first Riviera Olive Oil of Turkiye was produced by Kristal in 1938.
