It is obtained from South Aegean Region and extracted from the high class, delicious and the ripest olives of our country by squeezing. It is made ready to consume directly after a series of solely phisical processes such as centrifuging, resting and decanting. Depending on the region of origin, its color varies from yellow to green. It has a unique taste and aroma for the lovers of sharp olive oil.
In accordance with international standards, its free acid rate is %0,8 oleic acid at most. Keeping the odor and taste of olive in most intense and natural way, Antik Küp Natural Extra Virgin Olive Oil is recommended to be consumed in salads and sauces in raw.
